All Cavo electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your package directly through your Cavo account dashboard.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
